Every day we are engaging with candidates by phone, email, text, or social media. We also sponsor industry events, have face-to-face meetings (yes, it’s still a thing), or hold PRT meet-ups. Below are some of the best ways we can connect so that we’re aware of your talents and you’re alerted to the best jobs in the industry.
Feel free to email your resume directly to me at jdelulio@prtalent.com. We can then parse your resume into our talent pool, creating a confidential candidate record. If you are already in our talent pool, you can also send us an updated resume.
When we search for candidates we identify key industries, companies, skillsets and geography. Make sure your resume includes your cell phone (we do text) as well as current city, state, zip and cities that you’d consider for relocation.
When we get a new search, we’ll alert our talent pool via email and by posting the role to our 1st level connections on LinkedIn. (If we’re not already connected on LinkedIn, please send me an invite and we’ll get that remedied.)
Once we’ve talked about a role and you’re interested in being presented, we’ll write up a “pitch” to our client and present your resume. If, after consultation with PRT, a client decides to move forward to the interview phase, we help schedule interviews, prep you, and provide client feedback. If an offer is made, PRT will assist in the negotiation and provide counsel until the process is complete.
