Prior to PRT, Nikita was VP of U.S. Recruitment at Edelman; spent three years at Ketchum as their VP, staffing director and also served as U.S. recruitment manager at Burson-Marsteller for six years and VP of Talent at Marina Maher Communications. Her recruitment expertise spans Consumer, Corporate, Healthcare, Digital and everything in between.
