(Sept. 2, 2015) — PR Talent, the nation’s largest PR specialist recruiting firm, has added Danya Proud, former Director of Communications for McDonald’s Corporation as its Vice President of Midwest and Southwest Recruiting. Proud spent close to 10 years in the McDonald’s system, joining as a Manager of Media Relations, elevating to Director of External Communications and then later being named Director of Corporate Relations overseeing Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa for the international fast food chain, working in its Singapore office.
Proud, originally from London, started her U.S. PR career in Orlando, Fla. at CBR Public Relations. She then relocated to Chicago where she joined GOLIN as an Account Supervisor, working on the national McDonald’s business. Most recently she was a Senior Vice President at Zeno Group working across several of the firm’s consumer accounts.
