Then, this role could be for you. Our client is actively seeking a Vice President to join a dedicated team on a priority, future-leaning workstream for a large client. As part of this dedicated team, the ideal candidate with 10+ years of experience in public affairs or public relations will play a key role in partnering with the client to prepare key business partners for the next phase of the company’s success. As a senior point of contact, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, execute strategies, and ensure timely client communications. This dynamic leadership role also requires expertise in internal communications, employee engagement, translating research findings into actionable strategies, and experience in developing training and communications tools that enable change management.   • Provides excellent client communication, meets project deadlines, and provides or oversees timely execution of all tactics.
  • Participates in the creation of high quality and engaging content, providing quality control and guidance to teammates.
  • Works with the client and account team to develop and implement an impactful content strategy.
  • Reports on account KPIs and ensures accurate reporting by account director and account manager.
  • Works with the client and the client team to execute strategic plans for successful campaigns.
  • Manages staff targets to meet client hourly budgets.
  • Guides junior team members on how to best manage campaigns and projects.
  • Requires travel 10-20%.

Desired Experience, Skills, Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in public affairs, public relations, or communications.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement.
  • Ability to translate key research findings into actionable communications strategies.
  • Experience developing trainings and other communications tools and/or in change management communications.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial minded professional with the confidence necessary to manage and deliver client expectations.
