NYC city based integrated agency is looking to hire an Account Supervisor, Social Strategist with significant experience in developing and implementing strategies and tactics across social media platforms and the blogosphere.  The successful candidate will understand how make agile connections between social media, digital marketing and the broad “Earned” universe.

Candidates must have 5+ years of PR/marketing experience and will be comfortable working alongside both junior and senior team members.  The firm offers real team spirit, growth and enhancement.  It's a great place to build a career.


  • Lead social media efforts as well as day-to-day activities, project management and execution
  • Serve as an integral member of the account team, proactively providing ideas and solutions
  • Act as key social contact for B2B and B2C clients, providing guidance, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of their business and developing innovative strategies to achieve their business goals
  • Mentor junior staff in providing constructive guidance in terms of effective social strategies and behavior
  • Ideate community management, engagement, content marketing and digital tactics that will help achieve client goals and support campaign execution
  • Participate in developing and delivering compelling program and new business presentations to clients and prospects
  • Spread the gospel of social and digital internally with colleagues and externally with clients and prospects


  • Five-plus years of related agency experience, with demonstrated success in social media and/or digital marketing programs.  Show strong understanding of the role social plays in integrated marketing and traditional PR
  • Translate trends, technologies and metrics into actionable insight for clients and colleagues
  • Understand business objectives and how to work with clients to develop clear business cases around opportunities for engagement in social and digital media
  • Develop, execute and measure social media strategies, influencer relations programs, content marketing suites and community engagement efforts
  • Knowledge of SEM, web analytics platforms, marketing automation, digital advertising is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, the ability to write and edit effectively and to convey creative ideas in an intelligent manner
  • The ability to think strategically
