A fast-growing, strategic communications and public affairs firm representing corporate, trade association, government, non-profit and political clients involved in complex and often controversial issues, is seeking a VP with 8+ years' experience in PR and/or public affairs including strong crisis communications experience.  This role is ideal for someone seeking a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you will be on the frontline of high-profile issues with an unparalleled opportunity to take your career to the next level.  Must have agency experience and excellent writing and media relations skills; excellent digital chops is a plus.  This role with handle crisis/reputation management, legislative/regulatory advocacy, litigation support, ally development and more. 

Candidates must have experience handling six figure+ account budgets, and managing account teams. Business development experience is preferred.  This is a truly great opportunity to join a firm as a senior leader and play a critical role for a leading player in LA public affairs.
